As the names implies we are a festival of the arts with the main focus being on visual art. However, we also offer more reasons to visit the event --culinary arts (not festival food) performance arts and audible or musical arts.
We also have an art auction for charity, emerging artist section (at only $100 per booth once approved by the jury) live demonstrations, a VIP area and much more!
We learned our lesson in the first year and have significantly fine tuned the event. The Show is almost twice the size as last year. We have removed the music stage and instead will have musicians strolling the event.

I was well looked after. The arts committee was ever present. They fed us, booth sad and probably would have spoon fed me had I asked. Sales? Very good ... way beyond expectations. I strongly recommend this show.Stuart Rein, Goodyear, AZ

Incorporated in 1949, less than 6 years later, it was home to an arts association that operated a gallery, school and art fair. The arts association was followed a few years later by a symphony orchestra, classical chorale and resident, equity theater company-a very welcoming home for the arts and for creative people!

Edgewater is a lakefront community area on the North Side of Chicago. Our event got its start during the economic downturn when residents of the area decided to fill our empty storefronts with art. This simple activity turned the neighborhood around as the storefronts soon filled up again with new tenants, leaving no room to display the art.
Spaces are $150/corner space additional
This is your chance to be part of a newer event where the community is eager for a successful show that will show off their cool neighborhood. Spend a beautiful fall weekend in Edgewater with us.
