We were juried in, and are getting ready for the festival, but wonder who else will be there?  If you have done the show before are there any great tips to share?  Value your feedback!  And if you have done the show, any recommendations for places to lodge for the weekend?

  • my apologies to Lynnea, Kelly and Allison - i had the best of plans to come and visit your booths but the weather threw me off a bit.  I seemed to not get more than a few tents away each venture out.  How did it work out for everyone?  All said Sunday was well attended and the patrons were buyers for us.  But losing saturday to the rain was sad.

  • I have heard that shows sometimes like to mix up the selection of artists to keep it fresh. We have heard this is true of Crosby as well. And yes, very excited to be invited this year.
  • I'll be in the green section booth 135! I am so excited about being in this show.

  • Scott, sometimes there's no rhyme or reason why we get in or don't get in shows. This year I was rejected by the Woodland, Lexington, KY, show and after having a good show in Carmel, IN, last year I was rejected this year. I'm convinced subtle work doesn't make it past the judges and neither does humorous work get any respect.
  • Awe I am so sorry to hear that Scott.
  • So somebody will get my yellow 41
  • I was rejected this year and I don't know why. I earned a ribbon in 2013...
  • Yesterday I sent an email asking about the assignments, and then suddenly the email came. I'm at 217, in the red zone
  • They showed up yesterday. I'm booth 24, wherever that is. I'm keeping fingers and toes crossed that it's under a tree. It's easier to light a dark tent that cool down a hot one.
  • Anyone know when we can expect to get our booth assignments?
