Stunning Coachella Valley venue, enthusiastic patrons, best in class artists, unsurpassed community support and event staff who are committed to providing a VIP artist experience; these are just a few of the exceptional allures of the La Quinta Art Celebration SPRING 2026. SCOPE Events, LLC invites you to apply to be one of the 200 premier artists to join us for the 4-day La Quinta Art Celebration held annually in late February and early March.

Invited Artists Receive:

La Quinta Art Celebration 2026 is a commission art event. Artists are required to pay 20% of all art sales that are a result of participating in La Quinta Art Celebration SPRING 2026 either during the event and/or as an art commission created specifically for an art patron after the event ends. This allows the event to offer low booth fees. The risk is shared between the Promoter and the Artist. If an Artist doesn’t sell well, then there is lower cost to participate than at a booth fee only show. 

• Daily continental breakfast, a deluxe boxed lunch delivered to your booth, snacks throughout the day, and unlimited bottled water
• Volunteer golf-cart drivers for load-in (they are not able to lift or carry your art and supplies)
• Labor available for hire to physically help with load in and out
• Volunteer Booth Sitters
• Artist Helpline available 24/7
• Artist Award Reception with gourmet appetizers, premium wine and beer; Artist assistants attend for free
• 24-hour on-site private security
• Artist contact information included in official event program and on the event website
• Opportunity to purchase low-cost ads in the event program and SW Art Magazine
• An atmosphere of appreciation, kindness, and Celebration that make the show truly unique.

Stunning Coachella Valley venue, enthusiastic patrons, best in class artists, unsurpassed community support and event staff who are committed to providing a VIP artist experience; these are just a few of the exceptional allures of the La Quinta Art Celebration ENCORE. SCOPE Events, LLC invites you to apply to be one of the 170 premier artists to join us for the 4 day La Quinta Art Celebration held annually in the month of November.

The ENCORE Celebration draws a different audience than the traditional March event. In November, La Quinta Art Celebration ENCORE invites art enthusiasts from the affluent Coachella Valley as well as patrons from elite California coastal communities. Golf courses open just prior to ENCORE Celebration and Veteran’s Day holiday weekend so the desert should be busy and the timing perfect. A significant marketing budget is allotted to reach present and potential art patrons. We strive to curate the right mix of attendees who are true art collectors.

La Quinta Art Celebration 2025 is a commission art event. Artists are required to pay 20% of all art sales that are a result of participating in La Quinta Art Celebration ENCORE 2025 either during the event and/or as an art commission created specifically for an art patron after the event ends. This allows the event to offer low booth fees. The risk is shared between the Promoter and the Artist. If an Artist doesn’t sell well, then there is lower cost to participate than at a booth fee only show.

Every participating artist will be issued an Android tablet to track and report sales data in real time throughout the show. Artists will have adequate training in this reporting system and access to technical assistance support throughout the event when needed.

The mission of SCOPE Events, LLC is to support the arts and create opportunities for Artists to exhibit and sell their art.

Proceeds from the Celebration in Coachella Valley are returned to the community through donation to Tools For Tomorrow, an esteemed non-profit organization. Tools For Tomorrow (TFT) provides free, on-site, after-school arts literacy programs for elementary school children in grades 3-5. It operates in 17 different schools and introduces children to both visual and preforming arts.

La Quinta is located 30 minutes from legendary Palm Springs, California and held lakeside at the City of La Quinta Civic Center Park. This setting has been frequently called the most stunning event venue in the nation. The ENCORE Celebration draws a different audience than the traditional March event. In November, La Quinta Art Celebration ENCORE art enthusiasts are from the affluent Coachella Valley as well as from elite California coastal communities. We appeal to those who are second homeowners in the desert and the early arriving snowbirds. The golf courses open a week prior for the season so the timing is perfect. Also the Thanksgiving holiday is two weeks AFTER this event which we believe will be instrumental to our success.

We will further expand our partnership with Palm Springs Life Magazine and Southwest Art Magazine as media sponsors. Eblasts to their patrons are part of our campaign. We also will be using drone footage for the first time in our television commercials and our website to showcase the beauty of this event site as well as the creative layout of the event.
