I happened upon this scene as I was exploring the Maine countryside one morning. The horses had just been let out of their stable and their owner had just returned to the barn. She was shooing away the turkeys that were on her driveway. One of the horses laid down and tried to do "snow angels" in the snow. I waved to the farmer and continued shooting from outside the wooden fence.
