Thanksgiving weekend (either on, before or after) are great sales days in my experience. People are conditioned to buy because of the retail "Black Friday" events. People eat, stroll at art shows, watch football late on Sunday.
I do an annual show the Friday and Saturday after Thanksgiving on Sanibel Island. Every year has been better for me. Of course Sanibel is a vacation destination and people are there for a little break and it's not too early for Christmas shopping!
The show is 25 and 26 so its the weekend. Not sure what to do. I thought I'd get in early in the season, because there are so many in Southeast Florida.
Sales on Thanksgiving are typically nonexistent in my area (Michigan). Same with Black Friday-most people are at big box stores. You might do well on Small Business Saturday which is November 25th this year.

I don't think art show sales would be very good on a holiday such as Thanksgiving.
Maybe cutie, inexpensive turkey symbols, but that is about it.
