Call for Artists, Making Money at Juried Art Fairs, Craft Shows and Festivals

I know folks have mentioned Krasl here, and on ArtShowReviews, but I can't find anything more recent than 2013. Anyone have any recent experience or feedback?

Thanks in advance.

If you check my blogs, you will find plenty of info about Krasl.

BTW, I have blogged about almost every important show in the country, you just have to do research of my blogs.

It was a Fantastic show for me this year. The staff was wonderful getting everyone in and out. There are always a few "bullies" who block the way with big arse trailers....they dealt with this in a stern but kind way.

A very large commercial tent was setup half in my spot and most of the ropes in the way. They made them come back out and move it, the area for the large tent was clearly marked and she told them this.

I also just had fun....great crowd and amazing weather.

Thanks to both of you. Nels, I tried an initial search but it's hard on this site. But I was pretty sure you had blogged about it. Lynn, I appreciate that feedback...I assume sales were good?

and here's a reply, Larry, that landed in my inbox from a resident of St. Joe, MI, where Krasl is located:

krasl is in my back yard in mich... I rented my mich condo and have been here the last 2 years..
I did not show there but I volunteered a number of years
li can tell you they have a lot of volunteers and spend considerable time making sure they understand their responsibility and insuring the artists are taken care of...
I usually volunteered on fri, helping the early arrivals find their space, unload and park leaving room for another arriving artist..
they have ribbons to put on the booths, alerting the need for a booth sitter...
they have enough staff to be sure people are available for anything that may arise..
Id like to think the artists have a good experience.
