Okay. Crocker Park was my best fair to date. It's my highest grossing sales total and my only $1000 day. It was a good fair for me. Now I'll have to look at other suburban Cleveland shows... Ugh...
So there is a Crocker Park art show run by Howard Allen listed on Zapplication now. Have not done any Howard Allen show yet, have not heard anything good about his shows yet... Anyone?
Smart thinking, Kathleen. When the Guild could no longer sponsor the Greektown Art Fair in Detroit Donna Beaubien and I stepped in and took it over and ran it for several more years. Can you get ahold of last year's list, Scott, or Leo and see if there is anyone in that area who might want to step up and take over the event?
Perhaps & hopefully a GOOD promoter will step in & Crocker Park will say YES! There ARE other promoters out there & PROFESSIONAL ones, so never say death!
I'm a little lost by your title "the Guild killed Crocker Park". Sounds like the Guild did well and Crocker Park was a good show for you, yes? The Cleveland market has been solid for me, particularly Boston Mills, Medina and Crocker Park.

The death of an art show - that is too bad.
