Hey, kids...

I've been out of the biz for a number of years, but got an itch to get on the road again.

But, I sold my tent, pro-panel walls, etc... a few years back.

I only applied to 2 shows, and only got into 1 so far. I'm just putting my toe in the water, and don't know if I'll be getting back to this again, part or full time.

And now, I'm stuck without a tent, pro-panels, etc.. I'm a 2-D artist, so I need walls to display work on.

Any recommendations for renting? I'm in Richmond, VA.

  • Photos of side tarps for the Eurmax. This one is good if you plan to have a French wall in the booth and this one adds a little ventilation;

    Here is the shot of the Eurmax tent with a sectional shot of the leg construction;

  • Hi Sandhi, sorry for the lag time in answering, so I'm hoping this is still timely.

    I would recommend a Eurmax tent, a little bit more expensive than an EZ-Up but way more rugged. They are a bit heavier but the carrying bag has two good sized wheel on it. the Pro version is the recommended one.

    The side tarps are extra, and this looks like a good deal; https://www.amazon.com/Eurmax-Zippered-Canopy-Enclosure-Sidewall/dp....

    I would suggest the mesh walls from Flourish, light eight and way less bulky to transport. You'll need the Sta-bar kit from Flourish which is a good idea regardless.

    The hexagonal legs on the Eurmax tents are much stronger than the square legs. Flourish also has the leg clamps for the hex legs.

    Your other alternative is to find a used tent and sides, and there are several being offered on here.

    Good luck, and welcome back to the craziness of art fairs :-)
