Peters Valley Craft Fair 2010

This was our worst art fair that we have EVER done. The setting was beautiful and the organizers were friendly and vendors were very nice....BUT very low traffic flow and people were just there to look and not buy. We were also very disappointed with the "Best in Show" winners since booths and wares were not up to a particular standard that we keep our own work and booth display at. Since we drove the 6 hours to get there, it is a definite no for next year.

  • After the reviews of the 2010 show, I decided not to apply for the 2011 show.  I will hold out for better reviews before returning. This show traditionally is a very good show with high quality artisans.  Hopefully the show will return to the status it used to enjoy.
  • Wait to come back to this show once you here some great reviews.....
  • Wow I have just been accepted to this show and the Peroria art show which should I do
  • Yes....it was a very disappointing show. Our sales have been level for the last few years but this was definitely not worth the effort. Hope to meet you at another show.
  • I have done the Peters Valley show for the last four years, with the exception of this year. The show traditionally has high-quality artists and a good audience. My sales had been going down for the past two years and this was the reason I did not apply this year. According to your review I made the right decision.
  • Peters Valley Craft Fair was in Augusta, NJ. We are kiln formed glass artists....plus we have a glass school in Batavia, NY (Oatka School of Glass http://www.oatkaglass.com).
  • Where is Peters Valley, Amanda? and what is your media?
