  • Thank you all, for your gracious comments.  I love Key West, I always come extra alive there, and I think it shows in my images.  All told, I came home with 173 new images from the keys, hopefully some of them will turn out to be "sellers."  Aloha, Nels.
  • oh how i wish i was there again.. january seems so far away since i was there. love key west.. tkx for the lovely pics and makin me think of warmer days then here in the midwest..
  • Ah  Pepe's--I have stared at that picture- never mind-  So Nels great shots-- Make any money??? No brisket down there but I sure hope you ate my share of stone crabs also.  Fairly fair winds
  • I am so jealous...I love Key West...maybe I will see you there next year, sounds like a great show and heck, just being in Key West is worth it! Beautiful shots!
  • I love your photos, Nels!  Thanks so much for sharing.  We're having Key West withdrawals in my family -haven't been in 2 years.  Pepe's is one of our favorite restaurants, too.  We discovered it on our first trip down 20 years ago.  Asked a local shop owner where he would go for dinner and he sent us down Caroline st to Pepe's.  Now we head there every trip.
  • Great shots, Nels! I'm dreaming of spring...
  • Good shots, Nels!  Re:  the old pickup - do they have parking meters in Key West?

I wish the island wasn't 2300 miles from Denver, but I guess I could fly my booth and photo stuff there (as some of the public assume!).  Heck, as my wife says, "Let's skip doing the show and just have fun!"  Ah, the optimism of the holder of a day job!

  • Nice, I usually like the imagery you choose. Good eye.
  • Thanks, Great to see the painting above the fireplace in Pepes again. It's always been a favorite.
  • Thanks Nels........ those are some great shots.  Just one short year away and we can do it all again!
