  • Fantastic to hear you were busy Kathy and that the show was well advertised and well run - congratulations on a good show!

  • On February 18th and 19th we were jewelry vendors at the Ole Masters Art Festival at Lely in Naples organized by Richard Sullivan of Boulderbrook Productions. As always the set up was easy with room between booths so that you could have an open side as well as an excellent conversation with ones' customers. Our breakdown was outstanding as we were able to bring our vehicle in at 5 PM and park directly in back of our tent on a grassy area. We exited the show 1/2 hour earlier than normal because of this convenience. While the show was not on a main road, there were plenty of signs and advertising directing patrons to the event. There is definitely "something to be said" about a show that is in a clean spacious area with lovely fountains and no noise from an adjacent thoroughfare. Music from an excellent versatile local band permeated the air, creating a positive atmosphere for the attendees as well as the vendors. Richard provived coffee, healthy snacks, and water for the vendors as well as encouragement.

As far as the customers finding the event we found that there was a brisk pace of activity on both days particularly between 10:30 to 3 PM. We seldom had an opportunity to sit down! Richard Sullivan made certain that the appropriate advertising was done, but we always send out cards and emails to our former customers to make sure they know that we are in town. Many thanks, Richard, for another well planned event!
