Welcome new advertiser: Pedestal Express

Pedestal Express is focused on the Art Community. Artists appreciate our services from the unique product offering to the on time deliveries. The business was established in 1993 with the sole PE-1-blackNew.jpg purpose of providing modular pedestals. Our idea from the beginning was to keep it simple.  The average pedestal weighs 7 pounds, yet will hold up to 500 pounds. Every Pedestal is a full 12" diameter as a knock down easily transportable, quick set up exhibit display. Today this "green" waterproof system is still hard at work going from Art Fair to Art Fair.

One of the tools of your trade is presentation, getting that right is what brings you paying customers not tire kickers. Pedestal Express understands this and has patented a low profile design that sets your Art on stage and not the pedestals. E.g., when handed an apple you see the apple, not the hand. Every art object needs to stand alone at a dream height to easily sell. These modular Pedestals snap together in a every 6 inch increment, giving you that exact height.

Check out the video on the website. The pedestals are very adaptable, you can paint them and they break down into small sizes that make it really easy to pack them up and move them to the next show yet look great at the show.

  • Patrick - I believe the pedestals are yours - and yes there are instructions and rubber mallet included to assemble them.

I think I have a valid opinion - however it is only that - my personal opinion. Many others may have different opinions.

I do think the pedestals are very nice looking - professional and classy even.

Perhaps once a person gets into the habit of assembling and disassembling the units they get easier to handle?

And is some cases - depending upon transportation room for the artist - they may not need to be disassembled between shows.

  • Karla Ries's comments are from a non customer and really may not have been the actual Pedestals we make. There is a video of assembly to demonstrate how simple and easy to work with at www.pedestalexpress.com

We include instructions and rubber mallet with every order. With our 888 762 7735 on the cartons people can call with questions during assembly.

Actual customers of Pedestal Express please review this proven system that holds 500 pounds.

  • Can anyone else recommend decent, affordable, easy to store pedestals that could hold around 20 pounds?
  • An arts organization I work with in Illinois uses these pedestals for their annual Art Show. They look very nice - however, they are a pain to assemble and dis-assemble. They only have to put them together once a year - I could not imagine having to put them together and take them apart weekend after weekend. Ugh.
  • I love the look of these!  They need to come downunder to boost our rather lacklustre choices :)
