I'm sure this post is not for everyone, but I thought it might be some food for thought. I'm a bit of an adventure oriented person, love camping and backpacking. So when I started looking at home…Continue

Border Crossing

Well, seems that I was wrong in thinking I was doing everything correctly! I was going to participate in the East Lansing Art Festival this weekend, but upon arriving at the border yesterday morning those plans quickly changed! It was brought to my attention that as a Canadian Citizen I am legally not able to sell goods (art work in my case) inside the United States. This could be a much, much longer post, but for information purposes I am keeping it shorter.

I was detained yesterday…

I guess I look at it not as losing 40-50% when I sell in a gallery, but I make 40-50% more when I sell otherwise. But that's not really what I…

Great to have you participating here, Jeremy. As I recall you were a little hesitant a while back. I laughed out loud at your comeback to Willie! Way to go.

Welcome.  Your work is lovely.  You have been accepted at Amy Amdur's three best festivals so you are off to a good start in the states.

From what I have seen, people here are good at answering specific questions rather than general ones,  Hope this helps.

Good luck this year.
