Magic City Art Connection - Birmingham, AL

     This was my 4th year for this show and I had a great feeling going into the weekend.  MCAC is a Friday - Sunday show.  The last couple of years has had terrible weather.  Last year was the tornado outbreak that rolled through the area just a couple of days before the show so people had much more to worry about than an art show.     All that being said this year started out good.  Set up was on Thursday.  Set up in my location went great.  I was able to back right up to the booth spot and…See More

Two Craft Hut tents "Almost" for sale

Best show ever and why
Boardwalk Art Festival in Virginia Beach. Biggest in sales ever and on the beautiful Va. Beach Boardwalk. What's not to like?
Worst show ever and why
Been several. Lenoir City-slow (no) sales and terrible weather, Bellbuckle Arts and Crafts Fest.-Has turned into the worlds largest flea market. That's just a couple, I could go on.

     Let me preface this by saying I have been a glass artist for 6 years.  Started out doing small shows and I am slowely working up in caliber of show.
