I was just reading Jeremy Browne's blog post and started to think about other venues to expose your work at. Then, Art Prize came to mind. I was just wondering if there were any artists here who are planning to submit a piece of work for Art Prize. I figure that entering a piece of art to Art Prize must take considerable planning well in advance.
Do we have any artists here that are working on a special piece for Art Prize? If so, let us know. I would imagine that you would want…

I mean't to add this a long time ago. I've been so busy with other things that had to be done first. I thought some of you might be interested in this show. It is held every February in Kalamazoo, Michigan. It is a one day show. February is a great time for something like this because people are tired of being stuck in the house and they are ready to do some shopping.…

After driving for 9 hours, and through several hard down pours, we finally pulled up to our hotel in Nashville. It was…

I just came across this info that I thought I should pass on. I know how lodging can be very expensive for artists. The 34th Annual Southern Vermont Art and Craft Festival in Manchester, Vermont has change it's venue to the Field at Riley Rink in Hunter Park. They will have free camping there. That would eliminate a huge cost of doing an art show if you don't mind camping. Since this show is in August camping shouldn't be that bad. I hope this information will help…
ContinueThank you, I will try to leave more reviews as I go through my season.
Thanks again.

Hi Jacki - I went to Ireland 30+ years ago - would love to go again! Italy has been fabulous - very inspiring for a jewellery maker :D We've just spent a couple of days in Venice and on our way home tomorrow. Our last night is being spent on Lago de Gardo near Verona. Rather nice I must say! Looking forward to catching up on what I've been missing in the last few weeks :)
Ciao
Annette
