  • Yes I am in this year. This is the first year for this show to go on Zapp. The spring show used to be TACA members and a few Tennessee artists fill in the gaps. The fall show was open to anyone. I guess like all shows, they are looking for more artists to fill their shows. You will like it. You can pull right up to your spot and unload or load, (unless it rains). Good people that run the show. See you there. Pat
  • pat-thanks so much for the info on that show --are you in this year? ill look for you. denice
  • Perhaps the lack of response should be a red flag.
  • I have been in the TACA shows for the past 5 or 6 years, spring and fall. Load in and load out are easy. The layout of the show is good, no bad spaces. Traditionally it kicks off the rainy season. No matter which weekend it falls on, it seems to rain and hard. Lots of lookers with a few buyers depending on your craft. TACA people are good people. It is an organization run by artists and arts supporters. They keep the artists in mind when they make decisions. Some years I do great at the show and some years I do crappy. Weather seems to have a lot to do with that although the lower priced art seems to do better than the more pricey. Thats not to say that some of the more expensive stuff sells it's just the exception not the rule. Overall its a pretty good show. I do it because I'm a member of TACA and want to support it, I live close by (about an hour away), and I do make a little every year and some years I do well. Good luck to you.
