  • You are right on! He is fabulous and the interview was great. I get "motion sickness" easily :/

  • I had such a great time, Leslie, visiting with him and being in that booth.

Good critique on my filming techniques -- very amateur. I get caught up in the conversation and then get a little crazy. I'll film you next summer and do a better job -- or do a "do over" with Robert. I think the best part of this video was the conversation ... Robert (and his fine work) is surely one of the stars of this art fair business.

  • I have admired and loved the work of Robert Farrell for years. He is a brilliant artist and craftsman and the interview was interesting and lovely. I have seen his artistic journey evolve  and grow in the most wonderful of directions. The filming of his booth and all of his beautiful work, however, was less than brilliant. The "drunken sailor" approach of roving around actually made me queasy, and unfortunately did little to capture and relay the reality of his exceptional work. His work is extremely detailed and refined and none of that came through. His over-all booth is pristine as was mentioned.  Maybe it was a question of not getting too close for copyright stuff or something??    I know there are no do-overs so it was nice to see and hear him, regardless.

  • Indeed, a beautiful booth and lovely work...will look for him this year.  Especially love the tiny furniture...
