Im thinking of selling at the Fine Furnishing show in Baltimore. They also have shows in Providence RI and Milwaukee. Most of the items are wood related but they do have crafters and artist as well. I sell digital art work
Thanks for the feedback Colin. I did speak with the promoter and although she was extreemly helpful, I got the sense that the show was not for artist. $800 is a lot to chance for only 3000 couples that attend the show. If I was selling $500-$1000 artwork I may have considered.
Yes, we did the show in Milwaukee a few years ago. We have 2-D Mix Media Framed Art. There were a couple of other artists in the show, but it is primarily a quality furniture show. We thought that the decorator angle might fit for our work, in the show. The promoter was very supportive of our efforts. But did not sell anything. No sales. It was an expensive show to do, with no results. :(
