HELP! Need suggestions....

I have the Florish mesh panels and was wondering how other artists put up their price information on these mesh panels.

I am a painter with some gallery wrapped canvases and some framed. I want a professional looking way to hang price tag/cards next to my paintings. Some have suggested putting stickers on the side of the painting or the frame, but I don't like the way that looks and have seen customers searching for the stickers.

Anyone have some good suggestions?

Thanks so much,

Frances

  • Thanks Leo!

  • I've created a little triangular corner tag that inserts where the image and frame meet at a bottom corner of a frame. Keep it small. You can fit 25 or so on a sheet of card stock.
  • Thank you, Deborah!  Those look great -- very professional, even if they are a bit pricy.  I learn so much from this forum!  :-)

  • Thanks so much, Jane. I am going to get some and try them!

  • I use white clips that have pins on the back that go through the mesh. Make sure they are all one color. I found white ones at Staples. On the carpeted panels we purchased little round Velcro and I put yhat on the back of each prove tag. It ten stays put
  • Thanks, Deborah!

  • Yes, thanks so much, Deborah. I bought some of those to hang a tar paper painting in my booth. Didn't think about them for the price tags. Thanks so much!

  • I don't have one in front of me but I think about 1 inch by 1 inch or a little less, plus the stick pin part that hangs down (actually 2 pins).  There are larger clips available but the ones I bought are the "standard" size.  When I hang them just under the bottom of the frame, allowing the name badge to hang just below the frame bottom with the title and price info, it looks quite clean and nice.  But if you need to hang the clip and tag next to the art, it looks fine on the wall - again very clean and professional.

  • How big are the individual clips, Deborah?

  • Thanks Deborah!
