After searching Art Fair Reviews and this site we can find very little information on this show, other than one post that said the food was bad a couple of years ago. If anyone has done this show recently could you share you experiences? Our medium is photography.

The Gumtree is usually traditionally held on Mother's Day weekend, but there was a schedule conflict this year. The show is usually well attended, but has it's share of folks just socializing in the middle of the isle between the tents (don't you just love those folks). The staff is helpful. Get there early if you want to park within 4 blocks the day of the run. You will be setting up your tent on the edge of the street with a gentle rise, so come prepared to shim anything that needs to be level. The food last year was standard fair food, fried and over priced. Bring your own to avoid indigestion.

Carol and I did the show for the first time last year. It is a small show in Tupelo but it was an enjoyable and good show for us. The staff was very helpful and friendly and we had good sales...enough to want to do it again this year.
The set up and tear down was easy since it was a wide street and parking around there was easy.
They had a nice artists party Saturday after the show and it had some good food and lots of tables for everyone to sit down, eat and talk with new and old friends.
