Our festival is outdoors in the beautiful Earl Brown City Park with winding walking paths and large live oak trees that shade the paths. a large pond with two beautiful fountains is the backdrop of the wonderful venue.
The DeLand Outdoor Art Festival "DOAF" was founded by Virginia Clausen and Joe Elliot in 1965 on the sidewalks of delightful DeLand, Florida. Virginia's outlook on the festival is to have a festival that everyone will enjoy.
DOAF has an area of the park for fine artists and fine crafts who will be competing for the $2,000 best in show award. The traditional crafts also has an area in the park. A large food court separates each section. We have an Amphitheater that throughout both days has live bands playing bluegrass, country, rhythm and blues, gospel and much more.
