  • I used to do this show mainly because I had friends in the area and I would usually win an award. Sales were never very good, and the amount of crap that they allow is amazing. It's a good show for painted lunchboxes and things on a stick that you stick on your front lawn. Frankly, I don't understand why you would even promote such a show on this site.
  • I did corn hill festival last year. Pro: well organized, very helpful volunteers.
Con: not great for fine arts. I was displaying original paintings, in other booths nearby people were selling marinara sauce, sprigs of lavender, and candles made to look like rocks. Fine art is scattered and lost among sales of mediocre crafts.
Wi fi didn't work. They used frontier net and I lost a sale because I couln't hook up. Others had similar problems, festival people said they used frontier because they are sponsors. Also very crowded in the middle of a busy downtown, which is both good and bad.
