  • To my mind, this doesn't seem like the kind of show that needs to extend its deadline.

  • Interesting. I got email from AFI friend that has done it recently and he got email from them that they extended and were looking for artists. Anyways, sounds like business as usual in CB. It was a great show and may still be. Lots of rich Texans there. It's a long haul drive there whether you do the paved roads from the south or go over the mountains north or east on dirt roads. The latter are more fun. I may apply again as there are lots of 13teeners to climb around there and 14teeners on the way home east.
  • No, Richard. This is the original date that they sent me back in the fall for a deadline. They did not extend. I met the show directors at the Zapp conference in October. Being from the Midwest I didn't know much about this show, then found out that some of my Michigan friends have been slipping out there to do that show. Hmmm...

It really sounds like a good show.

  • I thought the deadline for applications was February 18. Hmmm CB extending their deadline is interesting. I did it for 9 years with great sales ($6-7.5K). Last year was 2009, and it's been off my list of Colorado shows since then - change in management.
