Artists are encouraged to share their creative process through live demonstrations and enhance patron engagement.
Artist benefits include free parking, booth sitting, optional Friday set-up, overnight security, complementary lunch and more. Event promotion reaches over 10 surrounding communities.
Early Bird Application Deadline: February 15th with artist notification by March 1st. Applications accepted through April 15, 2026 and after the deadline until full. Booth price increases after April 15th.
"The support throughout the process was spectacular: It was well-organized, great communication and amazing volunteer help withbooth sitting. It all came together to make this a great weekend."
"The volunteers are the best, and I'm so grateful they come by to check in with water or offer to booth sit, and thank you for providing snacks. I truly appreciate the organization, time and effort that goes into this event, and I am grateful for how well promoted it is."
I liked "the community of people who volunteered to put this on as well as the community who attended and supported the event. The location was beautiful with the trees and nature surrounding us; it really makes a 2 day event as a vendor feel like an enjoyable day at the park with friends."
RAW compliments and confirms the appreciation for high-quality design and materials that draws people to this National Historic Landmark community, designed by Fredrick Law Olmsted. This festival is held in a picturesque downtown area which is adjacent to a commuter train line.
