Thanks. Read it early this morning.
There was an article this morning in the Fort Myers News-Press discussing the venue and the impacts of closing Old 41 Road, the "main street" of Bonita Springs' historical downtown. Here is the story: http://www.news-press.com/article/20140213/NEWS0102/302130036/Cultu...
Well, of course, Fritz would be there too! Who can resist Florida in February. (just sayin', -9 this morning, and Fritz is from nearby)
That is what I've been hearing about this park. The artists think this will work and only get better as the neighborhood gets better. Good job, Barry.
Site is a combination of streets and park. Patrons love it. Setup, takedown and parking for artists is great.
As for Gert Olsen, his son also participated and also makes terrific sculptures.
Gert Olsen! You really know how to get the good guys into your show, Barry. Say hi to him the next time you see him ... remembering so many shows and hanging out together.
How are you liking this park for your shows?
