Michigan Opens up (slightly) in Mid October!

Starting October 10th, larger gatherings are permitted in Michigan. I know that the Governor did not have fairs and festivals in mind when creating the rules, but the timing is not ideal. Sunsets at 6:30 and highs in the low 60's work for football, but less so for Art Fairs.Regardless I am looking into producing one or two depending on if I can get permission in time to move forward and if there are enough artists that would be interested. It appears that restrictions are starting to be lifted. By next week in Michigan, we will be allowed to have events of up to 100 people. Jury Criteria and transparency

Looking back at my posts, I am fixated on the subject of creating a fair jury and clearly providing information to artists so that they can choose the best shows for their art. For each artist, there is a different answer, including things that range from proximity to price point.

How can I provide answers that would be helpful to all of them?

As you might expect from my previous post, I am being extra careful to be pro-active in the jury process. I'd love to get feedback on something from other event coordinators and some artists.
