Barry Shandler replied to Larry Sohn's discussion Effect change at Fine Art Shows

Barry Shandler replied to Kris Tracy's discussion Making money at art shows
"Im a wildlife and landscape painter using acrylics.  The first thing is to see if anyone will buy your pictures.  If you did well on the three shows in 2018 you should do  as well in the 5 shows in 2019.  If you do poorly you…"

Barry Shandler replied to Morgan M. Harris's discussion Good shows getting stale?
"No suggestions. There are marketing people in big corporations being paid a $500,000 a year to try to figure out why and how people buy. I never could. Shows seem to go hot or cold as the years go by for no apparent reason"
