"Kaytee, I am not very technically inclined but even I was able to figure out invoicing via Square all on my own.  :D"

"That can be done with Square, too-- you just need to invoice them."

"I’ve been using solar at shows for 15 yrs.  I only use it for a night light display I have, so I only use a 35 ah AGM battery and a 7w panel.  It also keeps my phone & iPad charged at the show. "

"This might not be applicable but, most shows I know of don't allow generators, no matter how quiet, for your booth. Also many that allow onsite RV's / parking etc, don't allow generators. You may not be looking for those puposes,…"

"I'd like to add to this question- has anyone ever used Solar Power? I was talking to a camper recently and they said they make solar power units that have lots of power and simply plug in. Anyone checked this out?"

"I have both a Honda EU3000 and a Predator 3500. They bare both equally good generators but overall I would go with the Predator. There are a few reasons the predator is lighter than the Honda and comes with wheels ($80-100 for a wheel kit for…"

"Square is wonderful. Consider upgrading g to their POS system that uses a tablet and comes with the chip reader. I got one in June 2018, and it was $149. Well worth every penny."

"Get the Square chip reader.  The one you plug in your phone is a pain to use.  The chip reader is much easier and safer for you."

"I've used PayPal for years and NEVER had any money held for any period of time. I wouldn't let that be of concern. Have you checked to see if any other credit card processor has fine print that says they will never hold your money for any…"
