I took the same vest pattern I used for my Festive , Elphaba, Glinda, and Sleeping Beauty vests, and made it a bit more "folk-ish". A faux-laced front, and a rich burgundy velour capelet, fur-lined hood, and floral decoration around the top. Definitely one of a kind!
