Photographing a photo??

When submitting a photo of a "photo printed/stretched/gallery wrapped on canvas" to be juried, would I submit the actual photo or a photo of the canvas?  I do macro floral photography which is then printed on large canvas, stretched and gallery-wrapped.

    The same digital file that was used to create the print is what should be formatted and used for jurying.
