Blue Deer, I checked out the photos you have posted- nice work! Looks like a combo of Art and Craft to me. Hand painted Gourds? Definitely Art. Native American Bead work should also be considered an art. It definitely is a specialty. Hope you can get an answer from those more knowledgeable than me, though as I am by no means an expert. Who is "our"? Most shows require the artist or creator to be there. But to answer your question, you can call it anything you want and if the show director is doing their job, they will let you know if it's appropriate for their show either in conversation or by rejecting you. I do recommend contacting any show you intend to apply to and ask because you'll get more accurate answers than asking on a forum.
