  • For all of you have have lost someone special I want to give my condolences and hope that you all doing better and pray that the new years brings a new "light" and happiness to all of you.

  • Sandy was untrained in jewelry and just let her imagination fly with her jewelry. Every piece was indeed one of a kind. She was so much fun and had a wicked sense of humor. She is missed by myself and my husband, Norm Darwish, also. They had special fun together and could really get each other rolling.

    Thanks for this photo.

    • I know she was so unconventional. I think she started in collaging  stampings ,kinda steam punk before it was known. She took a few courses after that but she basically would buy a book and try it! She was amazing..

      I loved her humour...

We were at a restaurant , outside, a woman turned and told Sandy "your cigarette smoke is bothering me..." Sandy turned around and said "Well it's killing me!"...

      I miss her!

      • I used to hang with Sandy a lot during art fairs and I am blessed to have some of her fabulous jewelry. I didn't know what happened to her, as I no longer saw her at fairs and then heard that she had died, which was such a shock!!! Anyone know what happened?

  • It is always nice to know you have fond memories of a great friend.
