Highlighting names in a post

Can anyone provide direction on how you highlight or link to a person in a post? I've noticed that when some of the show reviews are posted, other AFi members names appear to be links and I haven't figured out how to make that work.

You need to highlight the part you want linked, then click on the "LINK" button in the toolbar of the box you write in (its the first button). A pop up screen will appear and you can then type in the hyperlink.
