Blessed at Boston Mills

Bob and I are local yokels, so sometimes we are looked upon as the red- headed step children...not as important as the artist exhibiting from far away...we live twenty minutes away from the Boston Mills art show, and people think we are accessable all the time..This was our second time showing our art work there and we had an excellent show.Sleeping in your own bed AND making money- it doesn't get much better than that!…

Farewell Fairhope, we love you Fairhope..the beauty, the Southern belles, the Mobile Bay...but after an 8 hour drive from our winter home in Daytona Beach, we are adding up the cha-ching gas receipts..and gettin really scared! We had a fantastic spot- the corner of Fairhope Ave. and Section Street...the MIDDLE of everything..but when we watched, for three days , ladies shopping at a very upscale store, The Cat's Meow, and not shopping at the show too..we knew that funky, cool work was not… Continue

Okay art lovers and artists~ we didn't know that we were renting a house in Florida for the season- usually this weekend is an off weekend driving back-and-forth to Cleveland, our home...but, yeah, we are here for almost four months, and Hobe Sound had a special spot for us...there are two other art shows this weekend- Fort Myers and Mt. Dora- both well known shows...BUT, what about Hobe Sound, you ask?
