Mark Rogers replied to Harrison Otalor's discussion Frame Mouldings
"You will want to try to find a local frame supplier or distributor since uncut moulding is typically sold in 7-12 foot long boxes. 10 ft long cant be shipped via ground unless cut. Uncut it has to be freighted which is usually not economical unless…"

Jim Parker replied to Mark Rogers's discussion non-glare glass or acrylic
"I'm not a big fan of acrylic either. I will use it for big pieces that have to be shipped, though. I'll use OP-3 on anything bigger than 30x40 that is going to shipped rather than hand-delivered. O.P-3 acrylite is UV resistant, but not…"

Connie Mettler replied to Mark Rogers's discussion non-glare glass or acrylic
"Never, never acrylic. It scratches and just doesn't seem appropriate for our black and white photography, which is carefully nuanced for its light and shadow, that the non glare glass hides."

Mark Rogers replied to Mark Rogers's discussion non-glare glass or acrylic
"Thanks David. I am familiar with anti-reflective technology. Due to breakage of glass in shipping and extreme cost of Optium acrylic I am only able to offer non-glare technology to my customers at this time."

David Bjurstrom replied to Mark Rogers's discussion non-glare glass or acrylic
"Use 'anti-reflective' glass. It's coated chemically to reduce refelctions (glare) almost completely and it does not have the pebbly surface that cheap 'non-glare' glass uses. It's spendy but worth it. I use it on my…"
