Mid ground, trees

I'm about to finish a winter melt scene, where the snow uncovers the leaves, and of cousrse the trees are all without threir lovely canopy, and it was a test of patience in the mid ground. So many trees, what to leave in what to leave out, so I wound up with myriad colors in the mid ground before muting the trees so they would not jump out too much.
