I don't know all the heavy financial details - but Yes, Mr. Ce'gul liked this big, USA flagged boat so much, that he wanted to own it. So, he immediately flew over and put something down on it! (An old joke for sure, but quite apropos here) ... Then I captured Mr. Ce'gul admiring his impressive, four-story-tall, water craft floating by his favorite perch. Ain't Nature Grand!
