Jury results were to be emailed Feb. 24th for Belleville's Art on the Square, but as of today is still in jury and asking for our patience. This is 36 days past the notification date and artists who have entered still don't know if they are in a show coming up on May 15th! It may just be a very bad April Fool's joke (there's been a lot of them today), but I'm wondering if any of you have any knowledge of what might be the delay or when we might be notified? I'll try contacting them tomorrow and will share any info I can.

There must be a glitch somewhere, John. This is an all-volunteer show. They all are very dedicated to its success. Investigate all the replies from others and please let us know the outcome.
I got an acceptance weeks ago. Have you gotten other communication from them? One possibility is that your email was misspelled on the app form...
Don't understand what's going on. When I try to access the website, I get a 404 error.
WOW. AN APRIL FOOLS JOKE? THAT'S GONNA RUFFLE BELLEVILLE'S FEATHERS...
MAYBE THIS THREAD SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM AFI?
I just thought of something. It might be a computer glitch and they don't know who got accepted and can't notify anyone about anything. Back in 2012, they apparently sent out an incorrect status notification to some artists about which they had to apologize. How would you like to be told YOU'RE IN and then read SORRY, YOU'RE OUT! Of course, the inverse wouldn't be a problem.
Are they still using EntryThingy for apps?
Yeah~if they are using entry thingy...that would make sense, but thought they said they were STILL in JURY...?!
STILL IN JURY~36 days??? I am glad we didn't apply to this because it isn't fair to make Artists WAIT like this~It would really be a MESS trying to schedule Fairs if they ALL did this! I hope the Artists hear SOON.
Something strange is going on. I and several others received rejection notices a ways back. It sounds more like the ones accepted fell into a black hole and the acceptance letters can't escape the gravity well.
