In December I ordered two power cords from Merchant Alliance. One of them was the wrong type. I needed to return it and since they did not have the powercord I needed I ordered it from another site when I found it wasn't the right one. I talked to three people from the Merchant Alliance and they all told me they didn't give refunds just credit. I told them I didn't need a credit just a refund. They did not respond well. I sent it back anyway and got a return receipt. Then the day after I sent it they said I did it wrong and they couldn't refund my fourty bucks because I didnt wait for some number they told me wasn't coming. I asked for a refund and they told me they would have to track down and test the part (that wasn't used) I have waited over two months now and recontacted the president

Do not deal with these people. You mean nothing to them. If they had told me I could have returned the item I would have waited for a return number but after three people told me no then I sent it anyway. They deal on ebay too! Beware!!!!!!!!!
