  • My second year here. It was down from $3400 to $2500. Now $2500 may seem pretty measly for a three day show, but consider: the Aamco transmission place called ten minutes before the show was over to tell me hey had finally figured out the slippage problem and gotten all the parts and that the total would be $2499.16. Wow! That left me 84 cents to rent a van to pack my work into, rent a hotel for another night and buy gas to limp home to Indiana. Now I'm not saying I'm not grateful to Florida for buying enough hard mud to get home but I'll admit that I wasn't planning my own stimulus package for Jupiter Florida. Even with the wonderful help of the Artigras staff getting me to a van rental store, I think I may skip the opportunity to stimulate Florida next year.
  • Did the show this year - not good for sales. Seems like alot of people just walking by.
Heard many comments like this from artists that did it.
  • I did better this year although not great. My booth was in a better location. I was lucky...one great customer. scary out there. Michele. I think the show looked good......a little too much buy and sell....seems to be the rule these days.
  • Check out my blog on it called-- St. Valentine Days Massacre.
    • tHANKS, sounds like I made the right choice by not going back to arti gras I remember last year on Monday it seemed like a ghost town
