I applied to an art fair in St. Charles IL for the first time. It had a deadline of Jan 15 and notification of Feb 1. I was wait listed. Now I see it is back up on ZAPP, with a new deadline of March 15?! What’s going on?

I know that many/all exhibitors give “courtesy discounts” to other exhibitors during a fair. I’ve heard of discounts ranging to not charging sales tax to 20%. Please reply telling me what level of discount you offer, if any, and why.
