At Old Orchard Shopping Center-- can't recall the name
What are the best things about art fairs
Interacting with people, seeing how the do or don't respond to pieces-- and, of course, going home with money in my pocket.
Best show ever and why
ACC St Paul, May 2009. I didn't have high expectations on account of the economy, but I had one customer who spent $6000, plus it would have been a very decent show even without her! I sold work all accross my price range, from well under $100 to my highest-priced piece, $4000.
Worst show ever and why
I put these out of my mind. I did walk off one show, in downtown Chicago, with booths 2-3 to a block, and my nearest neighbors selling absolute crap. A long time ago.

The only one this year is Port Clinton, which is only a "probably" because I am waitlisted (but not far down the list).
You mentioned doing OOAK and ACC but do you do any other shows in the Chicagoland area?
