A table at a church bazaar.
What are the best things about art fairs
As a person who is compelled to make things, it is so wonderful when people happily take them off my hands and give me money for them.....otherwise I would be living in a house filled with thousands of pieces of pottery! And the best is when returning customers come back again and thrill me with nice complements and take more off my hands. It is really all about creating quality work and getting the affirmation.
Best show ever and why
Fayettville Art Walk is a very small show in the shady town square. It is just so pleasant and they treat the artists very well.
Worst show ever and why
Sometime during the 80's...I can't even remember which one but I had the flue. We made a little hidden area in the back so I could lay down which I did the whole time while my wonderful husband took over. It was surreal.
