First show ever
My first show ever was actually many years ago, I participated in a local Indie Fair several times with handmade jewelry. After a long time away, I began again 3 years ago with original artwork on a variety of surfaces (mainly canvas).
What are the best things about art fairs
Being with other artist and art admirers who all share a love of looking at and talking about art and processes.
Best show ever and why
A local art fair.. great weather, busy crowd, lots of friendly conversations and fair sales.
Worst show ever and why
An art town.. Lots of other artist lived there. There was a lot of judgemental tone to a lot of the booth visitors. They were interested in questioning the processes, but not in purchases. It was also a very hot summer!

I have always been creative and interested in creating art, but struggled to invest dedicated time until the 2020 stay at home order.
