What are the best things about art fairs
The whole adventure of it! Each one is a thrill of victory (good sales, good weather, getting a prize) or the agony of defeat (slow sales, bad weather, car trouble) Sometimes both in one show. However good sales trumps everything.
Best show ever and why
First American Craft council Baltimore Show. I was thrilled to be juried in, the shear amount of great work was breath taking, and very professional.
Worst show ever and why
Anna Maria Island, Florida. Very high winds and gusts coupled with slow slow sales.

Have never left a show before it concluded -- well physically, that is. There have been a couple were I checked out mentally because I was clearly in the wrong show--wrong work, wrong neighborhood, or no people.
