  All I can say is - keep trying to get in!! I've never applied for it & I don't go every year :-( but it is an awesome show & well attended. You'd fit right in & do very well, I'm sure! Ask Tom Gross what he knows, too; you can tell him I said so. Ironically, with the exception of 2 shows, the Art Guild has totally shut everything down - no exhibits, no gallery, no classes, bare-bones staff - until they get their funding straightened out. They mostly operate thru membership fees, grants & (corporate) donations, & the money just hasn't been there as in past years. I doubt they'd ever give up the fall show, though, unless they were truly desperate. So hang in there! :-)

  Hi DeeDee and no, I'll not be in Springfield. I'm home for April and May. I'm caught up with orders almost so I'm giving my attention to remodeling right now. You can only ignore a house so long! I'm still thinking of working in another wholesale show before Chicago. My next retail is Wichita in September. Hope Springfield is good for you.
