I've seen some great jury images recently and it's made me start to wonder something.
Should I do my jury images of the actual framed photograph I'm selling or should I just do the image like I have been in the past. I was told a while ago by a respected photographer that I should just do the digital image not an image of the photo framed. Thanks in advance!

That's what you told me before:), but your product images looked so good! I didn't see any photographs though. Thanks for reinforcing my thoughts. I've also been having a hard time describing my methods for jury AND keeping them under 100 chars., any thoughts? Thanks for your time also.
If you photograph your work with mats and frames, it will make your images smaller than your competitor's images, and distract the jurors from seeing the actual image you are submitting. The booth image is to show your presentation and scale of your work. The individual art images are for just the art, not the presentation.
