Out of State Show

I'm doing an out of state show in NY (I live in Tucson AZ) and since I still work fulltime, driving the 3 days isn't practical.  My folks live in the next city so I can stay with them and ship things to them as well. 

Does anyone have any advise on what to do about renting a canopy/tables/displays for doing this?   Should I ship these things to myself?   Merry

    For any show you want to apply to, contact them and see if they offer display rental or work with a local display rental company. If you're in this position on a regular basis, you might want to design a display that looks professional but easily breaks down for traveling.
