Usually Sam's Club, Costco or Walmart if they are still using Fuji Crystal Archive or Kodak Endura paper. But most have been transitioning to ink jet. The ink jet prints are cheaper than the chromogenic prints used to be but they're not the same feel and weight paper. My Sam's Club still prints chromogenic 8x10's and smaller but larger comes from the Epson printer connected to the same consul.
For larger than 8x10, I use Sam's Club to fill mail orders but for inventory for shows, I use a local custom lab that's the largest lab in Western PA and they still use a Durst Lambda for any size chromogenic prints up to about 30x40. I just had a dozen 24x36 prints made for my display.
Popular mail order labs are White House Custom Color, Millers or MPix.

You don't say what size.
