    I have a COA included with my pictures I sell online and on every page of my web site it states, "Purchased photos are not for reproduction in any manner whatsoever. Reproduction rights and copyright always stays with Larry Berman, the originating photographer, and images may not be reproduced unless written permission is provided."

  • Talk to a lawyer who has an intellectual property background.  Internet advice from non-experts is usually worth what you pay for it. ;-)
